Fibromyalgia:

It is about 300-450mg/day, initial dose is 75mg two times a day, this dose may decrease up to 150mg for two times a day

Spinal cord injury:

It is about 150-600mg per day, the recommended initial dose is 75mg for two days, and these may be increased up to 150mg for two times a day.
