Pediatric dose:

6months-2yrs: it is about 2.5mg to be taken orally once a day

2-5yrs: it is about 2.5mg orally once a day, may be increased to 5mg per day in 1-2 divided doses

6yrs or older: 5-10mg to be taken orally or chewed once a day

Zyrtec overdose:

The overdose of this drug may be fatal, seek emergency help from the doctor.
